How does the Webcity design process work?
Choose a hosting plan. Select a design package. Complete the questionnaire. Choose a template. View your store!
Step 1 Choose a hosting package
The order process will require you to select a domain name and hosting package to start with. You can chose any valid domain and any hosting package.
Step 2 Select your design package
Webcity offers 4 design solutions - Instant webcommerce, Designer (starter), Designer (classic), Designer (pro). If you are not sure which package is best suited for your business, please check the comparison chart above.
Step 3 Complete the design questionnaire
Once your order has been processed you will receive a webcity welcoming email which will include a link to our web-based design questionnaire.
The web-based design questionnaire should only take 10-20 minutes to complete. By completing the questionnaire your designer will know which webcity template & online store features (ie. currency, newsletter, language) you would like. If you have selected the Pro webcommerce package, you will have the opportunity to give detailed information regarding the specific look you are after. You will also be asked to attach a copy of your logo.
Step 4 Choose your template (or your favourite custom design with Pro)

If you have selected the
Pro webcommerce package, you will be given 2 custom design proposals to choose from. The selected proposal can then be further refined to achieve the look you want.
Step 5 View and log in to your new store!
Once your designer has completed the installation, design and configuration of your store, you will be emailed your access details, and the documentation required to manage your CubeCart store.
Instant WebCommerce orders are usually completed with 3 business days. Starter and Classic orders will take an average of 5 business days, while Pro orders can take considerably longer.
