Webcity provides a complete range of options to help you with your domain name and hosting needs. We have compiled a comprehensive database of online material for instant access, we are also available by email or phone to help with your questions.


Expert Advice & Extended Support

As an extra service, we also have trained staff that can help with issues that fall outside of what would normally be classified as product support. This 'Expert Advice' is available to all our customers for a time based fee.

It covers issues such as:
* help with your web design software such as Frontpage or Dreamweaver
* help with debugging your scripts
* help with configuring/installing 3rd party software such as shopping carts and message boards

The cost of this service is $39 for a half hour session or $69 for a one hour session. You will be required to pay by credit card in advance, you will then be allocated a time when the most appropriate staff member will be available.

We are continuously adding and updating our knowledge base, it covers both hosting and domain registration issues. It will take you only seconds to do a search, and you are very likley to find the solution to your problems.


View Online Video Tutorials
We have compiled in excess of 60 movie tutorials to cover most aspects of our Professional Hosting products. They are very easy to follow and each is for a specific part of the system.


Email Support
Our preferred method of support is email, it is the most efficient way for our staff to provide support, we have a stated goal of replying to all emails within 2 hours during our office hours.

Our staff are available to provide phone support, but you must first attempt to solve your problem by email. Any emails you send us will result in a ticket being allocated to your issue, you will need to quote this ticket number when you call us.
